I would highly recommend Patricia Rodriquez with Rodriquez Law Group. In good faith I went to the banks to try and work something out, the banks were arrogant and did not care if I lost my home. I was angry at their attitudes so I turned to Ms. Rodriquez for help. She explained the terms and I agreed to them, knowing that she was going to put in a lot of time and energy to represent me. Never once did she EVER promise me that we would win against the bank, (what lawyer can or does promise that? ....NONE!) in fact she was very honest about the situation. The first time we went to court, she submitted 4 examples of where the bank did illegal transactions and the judge threw out 3 and awarded us a measly settlement for one. That is when I knew the system is corrupt, NOT Patricia Rodriquez. She is the one against all hope fighting the goliath trying to save peoples homes. Most home owners do not want to give up, we want to try everything possible. Clearly the judges pension was with that bank. Patricia did not stop fighting there, she fought until they pulled back. I did not keep my home but was very pleased at the job Ms. Rodriquez did on my behalf. I referred her to several people I came across in the same situation and all had the same great experience I did. They all had hope but at the same time had reasonable expectations. Many of them have thanked me for referring them to her. Patricia is ethical, trustworthy, strong, straight forward, straight shooter, hard worker, empathetic, warm, friendly, knows the law, and very approachable.
