Driving to work one morning, a pedestrian began to walk across the street without pressing the walk button which lights up the crosswalk, but I stopped anyway as the pedestrian crossed right in front of my car, I was suddenly rear ended, hit my head on the steering wheel, and blacked out for a moment. The driver who hit me was on his cell phone and admitted to me "I was looking down.." he totaled both of our cars, luckily I was barely able to drive away, however I needed months of chiropractic care to get me back to health. The other party had minimum coverage and I didn't like how his insurance tried to put me together, that's when I decided to call Roger.
