Lack of knowledge and nasty attitude. If you are considering him, don't. Regardless of the strength of my father's case, I would have appreciated more professionalism and less arrogance. As someone who works at a law firm and firmly understands that not every case is a case, but any client is a client, I strive for a positive attitude and some semblance of kindness. Too bad this attorney lacks both. A real shame. Edit: My father has been a USDA employee for over 20 years. Last I checked the United States Department of Agriculture is federal. This buffoon doesn't even keep track of his cases well. Get someone else before you spend your money on a clown.

Is it possible to give zero stars? I work at the Long Beach VA and have a claim of racial discrimination pending. Found thus character and it suggests he sues the VA. After telling him all about my case and my racist supervisor, I find out months later he has taken my supervisor as a client. Then, I file a complaint with the California State Bar. They ask him how he wound up getting both me and my boss as clients. He told the California State Barbtgat the VA all the way from San Diego to LA refers cases to him. How can the VA refer the attorney who's supposed to be suing the VA. Steer clear of this guy!!!

I refer federal employee cases to Ron whenever I get a good federal employee client with good facts. I am completely satisfied with how Ron has taken care of my referred clients. Ron is smart, ethical and amiable. I highly recommend him.

I lost my job from and I paid mr. ackerman 6k to work the case. He informed me that I would be able to get my 6k back if the judge ordered the Department to pay me back. Mr. Ackerman didn't not make the request and so I lost my money. Later, I found out from a union rep, that I was suppost to get the 6k back because it is the law. I lost out because mr. ackerman didn't know what he was doing. I do NOT recommend him.
