First and foremost, I would like to thank God for this incredible opportunity. Me and my husband did not expect good things from filing bankruptcy, hearing what others opinion on the subject (a.k.a. friends and family). However, we decide to conduct our own research instead. We had realized it would not be bad at all and decided to move forward. The staff, Eric and Taylor, have been incredible at their service. Me and my husband tend to be very worrisome people, so we had our doubts and fears moving forward with this. But, oh my! We thought wrong, because now we are able to save money for emergencies, when, before the bankruptcy, all we could do is live paycheck-to-paycheck and all we could spare was a few bucks for some extra fun. Now we can have fun without worrying, but of course budgeting responsibly and still saving. If you have doubts, count that Eric and Taylor will be there to assist you. Mind that they can be busy at times and might not be available, but that's when you note down all you want to ask and all your worries, and once they are available, they'll be able to reduce your doubts. They felt like family and always were putting us in their favor. Helping us understand the process at a deeper level. I wanted to write a review after we were lated off the final court with no issue, but life can get busy at times. If you ever have any doubts about this big decision, know this. You are NOT doing anything wrong, and you are NOT the cause of this. Life can just get tough at times and we must do what's right to not let our boat sink. We need to do everything in our power to fight for our lives. Try it out with Ronke Law. Cause when they say they are the best attorney in Sioux Falls, they really mean it. They are the best!

Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a bankruptcy attorney, these guys did all of the leg work for us. So simple and done so quickly it's a big stress reliever. And not to mention very affordable to hire these guys. They do payment plans that are very reasonable and easy to pay. Overall great people to work with.

So, after much life restructuring I had to come write this review. First off, I'm sorry I didn't get to it earlier. Ronke law took FANTASTIC care of us through our bankruptcy. We were really in a bad spot due to some unexpected financial hardship and needed relief. My friend introduced us to ronke law and told us they would help guide us through every step of the journey. It was true. They were very efficient, thorough, and answered all the questions we had during our process. Bankruptcy is already one of those situations where you feel like you're in the dark, you don't know if you'll be approved until your discharge. Ronke was the light we needed on that journey. Plus, their credit repair program is a fantastic help to get back on your feet thereafter bankruptcy. Now that we are free from drowning in debt, we are in such a good place financially. Genuinely, God bless Eric, Taylor, Evelyn and the rest of Mr. Ronkes staff. Without you guys, our life would look a lot different. Anyone I know who might experience hardship, I will immediately refer to Ronke Law. One final thing, Mr. Ronke said something to us that brought us much peace. Something along the lines of, getting an attorney to assist in a bankruptcy proceeding is very wise because an attorney knows what they're doing, they deal with it daily. He's witnessed individuals representing themselves struggle with all of the legalities that attorneys know how to navigate. That help was the difference of getting discharged or not. I strongly feel like if we hadn't hired Ronke, we would have had a rough road to trek. He knows what he is doing ????

I am writing on behalf of my parents and their horrible experience with Ronke Law, PLLC. One of the reasons they decided to go with him is due to the amazing reviews; however, their experience has been nothing but horrible. They have spent thousands of dollars for him to do their chapter 13 bankruptcy and he refused to do anything for their bankruptcy. From the time that my parents filed for their bankruptcy to today my dad’s income decreased approximately $100,000. My parents have been unable to keep up with the bankruptcy payments and when they reach out to Eric for him to file a motion with a court to have the payments lowered due to their significant decrease in income he has completely ignored them. They have tried calling the office multiple times and have not been able to reach him. From what I understand is that when one files for Chapter 13 Bankruptcy the attorney is obliged to help them during those years hence why the payment for it is much higher. He has refused to do anything. There was a time where he did call them and told them that he “calculated everything” and their payments could not be lowered. How did he calculate everything when they my parents never provided him with new information in regards to their income? I typically don’t write long reviews like this but seeing my parents stressing out almost daily and my mom crying because they’re not able to keep up with payments caused me to write this. As an attorney myself we have a duty to help our clients and zealously represent them, it has been truly disheartening to see an attorney just not care to even call back or try to help their client in any way they can. My parents are now at a loss and unsure what to do about these missed payments and their best course of action. They recently filed their taxes and that alone I feel like should be enough for the court to lower their monthly payments considering their income decreased approximately $100,000 from the time the first payments were made. I have spoken with a mentor attorney of mine that did bankruptcy law for a long time and he advised me that due to this significant decrease in their income there is no way that the court would make them continue making this massive monthly payments. I truly wish that they could be one of these other 150 people who have had an amazing experience with Eric but unfortunately they are not. They feel like they are out thousands of dollars and a loss and in a bigger hole than they were before they even filed for bankruptcy. I hope that no one else this kind of experience and that maybe Eric or someone at the firm will see this and try to remedy this situation.

Ronke Law helped me out through a pretty rough time, and were able to help me get everything back on track with affordable options. I never had to wait longer than a business day or two for a response from Eric if I had to email a question. 5/5 - Would recommend to family and friends.
