I hired Mr. Scholz and he would not take the time to learn highly important details about my case. When you pay a premium for Legal representation, especially in this economy, you expect high quality. Very disappointing and has caused problems for me and my family. He is attempting to bill me for far more work than he has completed, and is also billing me for a separate case that I did not hire him for. Mr. Scholz also represented me in my case after he had been fired and did his very best to make me look bad, speaking over me and attempting to undermine my judgment. I am dissatisfied with his service as a family lawyer.

I hired Andy Shultz to represent a family member. If you're considering him save your money. He lacks the compassion and integrity to be involved in family law at all. Mr Shultz was hired because he said he would work for her. Instead he never even learned her name. He never cared about the safety of our family. His actions and legal advice weren't only poor but exceptionally detrimental to an already heartbreaking situation. You're not supposed to make your clients cases worse Mr. Shlutz. He would take 5 days to a full week to return phone calls, except the time I threatened to fire him for his incompetence. Did he apologize? No. He spoke down to me in a confusing arrogant tone that only made it clear that no matter what, Mr Shultz only cared about doing the absolute bare minimum. That he didnt care one bit about the reality of our lives he was hired to representx but instead would actively work to tear up our family more JUST SO HE HAD LESS WORK TO DO. So it would be easier for him. In his own words "I do not have time to care." He wasted over an hour of my life talling down to me as if I would eventually find it acceptable that "he didnt have time to care about his clients enough beyond a paycheck.He kept going on as if I didnt understand the Complexity of law, which is probable but the issue was he was a poor attorney and he never once took responsibility for it. Gaslighting me to excuse his awful degenerate behavior. Not even one word of advice he gave was true or sound, that as we later found out after her new attorney gas gone and addressed every issue we had without question. She does her job. Shes left cleaning up the damage Andy Shultzs incompetence caused. But Mr Shultz? He'll charge you 3k a month to make your life worse and talk down to you. That could have been the end of it but after being fired Mr. Shultz recused to remove himself from the case. He made one more appearance in a court setting but without permission. During this time he was called out by his own client for flimsy poor legal advice he was giving her and he didnt even have the integrity to stand up for his own mistakes. Instead he hid from his own actions and called multiple people he was supposed to be representing liars. In a court setting over Zoom in front of every single involved party and their own attorney. Simply because he wont stand by his own words. Spineless coward. That is unacceptable, but it's not all. Despite Mr Shultz being told directly that he was not representing my family in a matter that they felt comfortable with, after Mr. Shultz made it clear he was not going to do his job and fight for the safety of her son, he decided to attempt to bill us for a separate case that he was never even hired for. Con man. Horrible treatment at the highest price. Andy Shultz lacks the ethical integrity to be involved with anything more complex that traffic tickets. Con Man who made our lives worse. Trying to milk us for even more when he was fired for his own arrogance, incompetence, and willful ignorance of the case he was hired for. Andy Shultz you shouldnt be involved in family law at all. You're an embarrassment to your community. If this law office cant come forward and apologize for their nonsense I will be filing for false representation. I've had absolutely enough. You shouldve just left us alone when I paid you and fired you. You're nothing more than a con man with an office. Save your money. Theres far more better options out ther as we found out very quickly after firing this con.. I promise you I have never in my life even imagined an attorney more unprofessional than this one.

I hired Austin Williamson to represent me in an order of protection I filed in October. About 20 minutes into our initial consultation, he completely understood the case, my evidence, and had the timeline down. It was very impressive and really gave me the confidence I needed. The order of events changed as the judge asked to hear my case at a time we weren’t expecting. When I called Austin to explain, he dropped what he was doing and and met me at the courthouse with my paperwork in what seemed like 10 minutes, ready to go. He did his thing and I won my case. I can’t thank him and the employees in the office enough. Hope I never need his services again but it’s nice knowing that he is there if I ever do.

Andy Scholtz is an awesome attorney. He has done an incredible job and I highly recommend him. He is honest and hard-working. He responds to all my calls and emails, and never sugar coats anything.
