My experience with this firm was in no way professional or truthful. I was looking to sale my home (For Sale By Owner) and attempted to work with Festival Properties. I was told that this firm handled closings for a outfit Festival Properties and strange enough there were 4 people (attorney included) with the same names (Mark and Justin). Also the fact that they were aggressively calling & texting day and night to finish this transaction. This was concerning to me, however, I needed to sell my home, and they pretended to be concerned. NOT!!!!! The law firm and the investor did not honor any part f the contract as written, and then tried to short me at closing. When I began to question them, I no longer wanted to move forward. They then tried to tell me that they had a valid contract and would go to the court to hold it up. The sad part is they did not know that I had taken the real estate course, and knew the parameters that creates a valid contract had not been met. They are very misleading people and I would not recommend them to anyone, but caution everyone to be careful. Very grateful that my outcome was successful with my home. I will continue to review this firm based on my experience.

The closing on my house was on June 28th and, when I received my HUD, I noticed that I had been charged a $50 mortgage cancellation fee. I never had a mortgage on my house. Both my realtor and I have made phone calls and initially was told that Ann was working on it. It has been over 2 weeks and Ann has not returned my phone calls asking her to call me and let me know if she has mailed my check. I have even asked Lori, who answers the phone, to ask Ann if she has mailed my check and please call me back. Still waiting for a reply. What is my next step? I live 3 1/2 hours away. Not like I can drive across town to personally obtain the money I am owed. I am very frustrated and angry. This behavior displays poor customer relations.

Wayne, Justin and the entire staff have always maintained an absolute level of professionalism while promoting a relaxed atmosphere. I have never had a bad closing. This group will do whatever they can to get it done.
