Everyone (receptionist, attorney, paralegal) at Ross & Shoalmire was friendly, helpful and respectful. My Dad and I met with Lisa Shoalmire and Donna Butler. Both were personable, extremely knowledgeable, answered all our questions, explained the process and advised documents needed. They were indispensable! We are grateful and could not have handled matters without their expert assistance. I have recommended their services to several people and will continue to do so.
