At first signing up with Raj and his team seemed like it was going to work, but after over a year of trying with this attorney, I discovered his ethics and honesty is below standards. Sure he is good to speed you into a settlement but does not want to litigate for more, nor will he be honest with you during the process. I found multiple times where he falsified statements the other party said and even tried talking me into a settlement which was going to conflict with other pending suits, which he was aware. He leaves the country for months at a time and tells you his assistant has the case, but when you finally get a hold of the assistant, she states she is in the dark about it. When you are in the battle for settlement, this man makes you think he may just be for the other team so he can get a quick payout. I put over a year into him, when I asked what I should do next since I declined the settlement, he quit. Then held onto my file and I had to threaten filing a complaint with the Bar just to get it.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Raj Patel and his associates at RP Law Group and hopefully help others who may have found themselves in the same predicament as my mom and I. During my mom's employment she suffered from carpal tunnel which she assumed would get better in time. She eventually sought medical attention and learned that her condition was so severe she was going to need surgery on both her wrists.
