Back in August of 2013, Rush assisted me with personal bankruptcy prior to moving to Reno, Nevada. His patience was greatly tested as I had a frustrated mother trying to run the show. Went a while ago. He assumed we couldn't afford him and treated us poorly. Very rude. Joke's on him though, we had more than enough to pay him in full. Went to another attorney instead. Edit: Regarding his reply.... We were actually 5 minutes early. I made it a point to go early since it was such an important situation. I brought with me the list of all the debts I had, as requested, I just didn't have access to certain bank account numbers as they had been written off and the banks weren't cooperative. He probably just doesn't like Hispanics, given the way he treated us.

I went in for a free consultation. I paid him $2100 Went home call Tim literally the next morning told him I didn’t want his services and he literally charge me $800. Highway Robbery .. Then he tells me he’s gonna charge me for three hours and charges me for four. Legal crook
