We had a horrible experience. The information we obtained was incorrect, the tax filings were done wrong, we never received a statement or invoice. After repeated requests we were ignored. We provided retainers for thousands of dollars and never received one bit of correct help or advise. One issue cost us over 10,000.00 because of the mistakes. We tried to resolve the issues with Russ and Susan Hartill but they went silent.
