Do not trust this man with your divorce! He’s only worried about taking your money, not about your case or well being. Mr. Marlowe was only concerned talking to me about my divorce years ago when it was time for billing. I went through a three year long divorce (and I had a pre-nup - how does that happen??) and trial. I paid Russ over $28,000 in the three year long ordeal. He neglected my case time and time again. He let the other attorney dictate EVERY SINGLE MOVE! He would charge me a quarter of a billable hour when he would respond to an email that took him seconds to type up or even a minute phone call. After the “trial” was over I was owed more than $30,000 from my ex wife. However because of Mr. Marlowe’s apathy and/or incompetence the judge made an error in the final judgment so I didn’t get that money. And I HAD TO BRING THIS $30K ERROR TO HIS ATTENTION. When I did he seemed unconcerned and only said he'd help me if I put down a $10,000 retainer for appeals purposes. I do not recommend Mr. Marlowe at all. As a matter of fact I actually went to the Florida Bar to write a formal complaint about him after it was over. Thanks for nothing, Russ!

Russ is an excellent attorney. He was very responsive to all my questions, calls, and emails. His assistant, Jill, is excellent. Always on top of everything that needed to get done. I highly recommend using Russ for your legal needs.

I have recently been in need of Mr Marlowes services again. I have retained him 3 times. He is excellent! Even though this time Covid, Mr Marlowe was just as easily accessible and fully prepared with Zoom and telephonics. As I fully expected, Mr Marlowe was again the calm, well prepared composed, reassuring confident attorney I had use twice before. If there is a forth, I know exactly who I will be calling Russell Marlowe!
