I was recommended to go here for legal assistance. I got charged $500.00 up front to take my case and they needed to request some documents. I got asked to wait about 5 to 6 months. After a year a try calling and asked what happened. They keep asking me to wait. I asked like 10 times to speak with Monica Salazar and she never wanted to get on the phone and she never called me back. I called many time to asked if they were not taking my case at least give me my file. I don’t want you to keep my file. Keep the $500 and give me my file. So far, no one has called me. No one response, I wanted to go to the office to pickup my file and I can’t go without an appointment. This has been the worst experience ever with a lawyer. Very unprofessional. Very irresponsible. Bout the way. It has been 1 year and 7 months now and still nothing. Obviously I am never getting help. Good thing I don’t need them anymore.

Attorney Monica Salazar is amazing at what she does. Her staff is professional and courteous and were helpful throughout the whole process! She is knowledgeable and continually keeps up with the constantly changing immigration laws. One of the things I am grateful for and admire about her is her honesty. We had attempted to submit applications before and she advised us of how difficult it would be and the low possibility of success. Although disappointing, I truly admired the fact that she would not just take our money and then move on to the next case (which I have personally seen happen to someone I know). When our circumstances changed, I knew she was our go-to, and I haven’t once regretted my decision. I will always recommend Salazar Law to my friends and family!
