Called them for help with my insurance company. After having to call for a few days, then playing phone tag for a couple more, was told they didnt think my issue was worth very much and not beneficial to them because they work off contingency. Then after asking if they can point me in the right direction, she asked for my insurance policy number and plan book, then when I sent that I got an email back stating that they didnt handle this type of situation. I emailed back asking again to be pointed in the right direction, they completely ignored me! Finally found another attorney worth my large savings account since this one seemed to assume I was low class and too poor for their services! This place was terrible customer service and apparently only does business if they think you have alot of money or will make them lots of money. Do not reccomend this place at all!

I contacted Jerry Jaramillo 's associate when I was initiating a divorce. Although they do not handle this area of law, the associate referred me to another firm and even went so far as to contact the divorce attorney and provide back round to my situation.I received excellent guidance and service above and beyond my expectations.
