Wife stopped treatment after a car accident back in November and was supposed to get offer from Insurance in early December. Was told amount was finalized, with us, the lawyer, and insurance in mid December. And now we are at January 3, 2024 and still no update or call or check-in. Called today and said they would get back to us later next week, sometime. So we are not loving the customer services and follow up's provided. Probably a good firm, but you have to do all the follows ups and inquires. After I posted my review my wife and I got a call from Samuel Johnson within 2/3 hours to try to correct the issue and customer service delays. Our settlement check should now be ready the next day. Service did not start off great, but glad they took action to try to resolve.
