San Antonio A Thru Z Pediatrics, P.A.

This doctor's office is awesome, Everytime I have been there the staff has been so nice and respectful. I recently had a preemie baby, so bringing her home after her discharge from the NICU, I was very nervous and had a lot of questions. Everyone from receptionist to the medical staff have been so patient and understanding. I love the fact that when I have a question about something regarding my daughter and they are not able to give me an answer right away, they will call me the very next day. They are excellent with regards to getting back to you in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a pediatrician.

It stinks that your whole experience is based on the staff. Unfortunately more times then one I have had terrible experience with the staff. Both of my kids used to see Brittany the NP and I loved her but once we started seeing Dr. Rayala we kind of just stuck with him to avoid jumping around. He is also really great especially that he is a new doctor at the practice. But after yet another bad experience with the rude Nurses or Ma's whatever they are im considering changing practices. I think that if the employees hate there jobs so much they need to find another field to work in because being rude to paying patients is unacceptable. I was hung up on when speaking to a nurse by the name of ROSA when I called back and asked her if she always hangs up without saying bye or have a nice day to her patients her response was "umm umm I mean yeah sometimes I don't say bye and just hang up, I thought you were finished talking." And of course when asked for a manager there was none available. If you look a few reviews down I have posted on here once before!

I don't have a choice to put 1 star. I wanna put zero star.... i call them to set an appointment for my daughter and they told us. THEY DON'T ACCEPT NEW PATIENT AND THAT'S THE MANAGER SAID.. THEY DON'T WANT NEW PATIENT AND THEY HANG UP ON US . NEVER SAY THANK YOU. VERY RUDE VERY VERY RUDE..MEDICAID PEOPLE CALL THEM 2 WEEKS AGO AND THEY TOLD US THEY APPROVED US AND SET AN APPOINTMENT AND NOW WE CALLED AND THEY TOLD US. So far so good!! Staff is awesome.
