Michael Franz insulted me every step of way to way to pay off HOA fees. I asked to pay my bill in full but he told me he hadn’t gotten around to billing for the next month. Due to requesting the full amount owed he added another 300.00 on my bill for his time to tell me that he wouldn't give me the information. I sent the full payment that he owed on December 22 by money order. He went to court on December 26 to get more fees added to my ledger even though I paid my bill in full. He was very upset today that I once again paid him in full by money order sent by a messenger service. He thanked me with a derogatory email. He definitely has issues and uses his attorney powers to abuse the public. I am concerned for anyone in the public domain that has to work with him. It really makes me sad that he has the ability to hurt people when they are at their financial lowest point.
