I received my Risperdal lawsuit claim and received just under 300 bucks.. the case was right up there with the kid that got 72 million... the person the prescribed it lied and said they didn't. Took quite awhile to track down proof I did. I missed 4 years of school due to anxiety from said problem it caused.. just to find out another law firm just got my friend 60k in his pocket for a the same lawsuit and his was no where near as bad as mine... it's like they didn't even try.

If I can give negative stars I would. They are scam artists that prey on the vulnerable. My brother is disabled and they took over 7 years to handle the case for a Risperdal claim and they offered him 675.00 for a permanent damage done to his body. Then when I asked to speak to an attorney there is no attorney. They have a office running out of Puerto Rico that is scamming individuals. Don't come here! Noone ever picks up the phone they just send emails asking for your person bank information. Don't give it.

They said a offer for my risperdal case is 675.00 which is carzy I have been dealing with this female breast for years and need to get what I am owed for the pain and suffering and damages. I have been waiting over 7 years to get a settlement or to see if they will take it to trail.

I contacted Sanders Phillips Grossman in the summer of 2018. At the time I asked what information they needed and whether my situation fit their hernia mesh claim standards. I had not had revision surgery, but I told them that. Over the course of the next year and a half I called several times and always asked what other information they needed. I was told once the medical team reviewed my records they'd be in touch. Well, they never got back to me unless I called first and in the end sent me a letter saying they couldn't help me unless I'd had revision surgery. Jesus christ! Vanessa also made it sound like this was my mistake and I should have known or sent them more information. Those are the only two questions I ever asked, repeatedly. Am I eligible and what do you need? Lame, rude, and unprofessional. They wasted two years on this and now the statute of limitations has passed. F these people.

I settled my class action case over a year ago and have still not got paid !! Going on 7 years now I was told by many lawyers the worst case would be 6 months after settlement !! For the last year I’m being told they are searching for leans ! I was also told that when you take a loan out on your settlement the attorneys will work with the loan company stall it as long as possible to take my money and gets kick back ! This is defentley fraud . The law firm name has changed probly for misconduct . Complete nightmare
