I was supposed to receive a refund of $25.00, from a copay that was taken. I am on Medicaid and do not require a copayment. This happened August 10, 2022 I've called every week until September 28, 2022. When i had a follow up appointment with Dr. Sandor. I asked what was going on since I kept getting the runaround from her office staff. She claimed she had no idea what was going on, I told her I will have to report her to my insurance and she stated "We are not doing anything illegal here, no need to do that." She said in two weeks her advisor will call me, never did. I did end up reporting her to my insurance and to the Better Business Bureau..... also she apparently closed her practice that week of September 28, 2022, without letting me know. Totally unprofessional Dr. I have ever met in my life. How are you in practice for so many years and got away with such fraud is beyond me. I am sure I am not the only victim.
I was a patient for over 25 years. When losartan was recalled I needed a new medication. After a few tries I still hadn’t found one that agreed with me. I called her on a Saturday, spoke to a staff member and explained the situation. I was told she would call me back. NO CALL BACK. I called again on Monday, she sends a new script to my pharmacy. Weeks later I receive a bill for two office visits, dated the days I called her office. She was kind enough to write off my fifteen dollar copays. Therefore leaving me with a bill for $210. Why was I charged for visits I did not make. I think she needs to retire. I am quite upset by her behavior. Now they are charging my insurance fraudulently. Norecommendationfrom me.Find an honest doctor.
A wonderful doctor, skilled and experienced. She talks to me about how I'm feeling what other symptoms, her thoughts on what could be going on and to address any concerns I might have. She never once rushed me. She's a fantastic, smart, compassionate doctor.
Not a doctor I would recommend. On my first visit I was kept waiting over 2 hours. The staff never greeted me upon my arrival. What really made matters worse is the friend that brought me also had to wait ! Such disrespect for a patient's time is disgraceful. When the doctor did appear in the 2nd room they sent me to all she said to me was "I am thorough." Her office scheduled a follow up visit several weeks later so I could hear the results of all the tests she sent me for. Waited over hour and a half to see her on second AND LAST APPOINTMENT. She ran down a list of the results, had I known I would have brought a notebook. At the end of all this she asks if I have any questions and hustles me out of her office. She has a one doctor practice and yet both appointments I was kept waiting and so was my ride. If she is the boss of the office she should have control of the scheduling. On my 2nd visit I asked those in the waiting room what time was their appointment. 3 of us had the same appointment time. That was it for me. I switched to a different doctor.
Surfaces are not disenfected for example door handles and clip boards and pens Doctor would not renew a perscription for my elderly companion whom she know is on antibotic for life.. Time for her to retire. She no longer cares. Also do not follow through on perscriptions. Office staff leaves alot to be desired. It all starets at the top!!!
