Had 2 internships there years ago. While the building is nice, the managers are awful and don’t know how to lead. On my first day, one manager, Suzann Watson, told me she’d be on vacation the following week…so to be polite in conversation I asked where to… the response I received was “Oh no, you don’t talk to me that way. You’re not my friend, you’re my peer.” Then on my last day, the same manager wanted to have lunch together and while at lunch asked me “is there anything you’d like to say to me before your internship ends?” If those things don’t open your eyes, I’m not sure what else will… Hire better talent.
