Sarah J Liddy, Attorney At LAW

Reviews

Liddy handled my family case in 2020-2021 and did an absolutely excellent job. Highly recommend. Very informative, responsive, and will help you to thoroughly understand your case. She takes time and doesn't rush through appointments. She takes a lot of the stress out of the process. Give her a chance and you'll be glad you did. All these reviews claiming clerical issues and negative things are statements that are unrelatable to me. I'm almost certain any negative remarks can be attributed to secretarial errors/issues. But Liddy herself -top notch and rock solid. Everyone has trouble getting DECENT help anymore.
Do not recommend. Talked to the receptionist and they had me sitting downstairs for over an hour. I left and they called me later asking me where I was after an hour. I told them I left and would call back to schedule another date but when I called back several times no answer!! Was really hoping they would represent me but never a phone call back or an answer.
I spoke with Mrs. Rebecca Hudgens about several questions I had she was very informative, kind, and truly someone I would choose to represent me! I have delt with many attorneys over the past 5 years, many of which you can never get in touch with, never respond to you and always speaking to receptionist who don't have any answers. I defiantly feel this office and Rebecca would not be one of those attorneys she cares about her clients and isn't just there to waste your time and money! She is truly AMAZING!! I appreciate her taking time out of her day to speak with me!
Nothing I asked was done. Was told they were going to file a petition on my behalf.. it was never filed. (I didn’t know it wasn’t done until the other respondents lawyer told him & he told me) I found myself in contempt because I was never told about things I was required to do.. “clerical issues” was their excuse. I waited 2 hours in a court room for my hearing, only to be contacted after the hearing was done. Orders were signed on my behalf that I not only didn’t agree to, but didn’t even know existed until the other respondent received it in an email from his lawyer. When I inquired about it, I had no response for almost two weeks before I terminated her as my counsel.
I thought she was supposed to be working for me, not the ex spouse. After the judge signed off on the divorce papers, Sarah said to me, not to discuss my bad deal to others. Why say that? Didn't do her job!!!!!!
