Disgusting place! Is a health Hazard at times. A lot of bullying towards new victims of domestic violence from other women. staff are beautiful people very helpful but that place has no rules and is disgustingly dirty allllll the time and extremely noisy and if you complain nothing really gets done. The reason? NO RULES!!!! People do as they please kids being disrespectful to dvds, books, or anything for children to use. Jumping on the furniture in the common area and moms and staff doing nothing about it. Refrigerator is shared but disgusting with old food and plates other moms left. You get bullied for space I couldn't even have milk for my baby without finding it knocked over or missing. Moms don't watch their kids. Leave kids inside while they are outside smoking and littering the garden and outside area with cigarette butts and garbage. Its a shame because the legal department is 10 stars the staff is 10 stars the people that ask for their help leave their dishes piled up for someone else to clean you want a plate to eat on you gotta clean it. You wanna use the toilet you gotta flush it that is if someone's child didn't smear poop all over the place. You wanna take a shower your gonna step on wet floors and toilet paper all over the floor. If it had rules it would be a great place but it does not not even curfew. I suffer from anxiety because of my abuser this place does not bring calm when it's time to sleep everybody is up when it's time to get up the other roommates get mad because your functioning during the day and they wanna sleep all day. Everybody is either drunk or high all the time. I appreciated my time there but will try my best NEVER TO GO BACK. If you find you have to go don't get comfortable that is if you can find comfort there it won't be for long. Kids running around til 2am and nobody says anything. And the pantry items are not distributed evenly it's a feeding frenzy and the bullies walk away with like 13 shampoos and body washes instead of just taking one because they were first through the door. The security system makes you feel safe and it's awesome the staff is awesome having no rules NOT COOL AT ALL!!

Dirty live like pigs, don't talk to kids , don't like noise to bad have infant to back it's very load all night long
