Initially, their team was extremely helpful. Once my divorce was final, another issue came up involving my ex wife's failure to abide by the divorce decree. I sent numerous emails asking for help with no response. I was making payments monthly to them then was told they needed the full balance paid in full before they could help further. That was done within a week or two. Sadly, they got their money and still did not respond. Do not use this firm. They are extremely unprofessional.
