Good evening I want to congratulate at Edison for having a very professional staff and one more who took and atendet to me? By the name of Mariana very nice I work for Volunteers of America Services National Housing thank you again
If I could give a zero I would! Seriously taken a month with trying to fix vandalism to the property. No correct information and incompetent personnel. Go solar
my bill is 60% "delivery charges", and 40% of my ACTUAL power usage. Oh how I love this state!nnMy bill reports my house of 2 people as using over 1000kWh of power per month, which is absurd. divided by 31 = 32.25kWh PER DAY! That means my $0.12 tier (107kWh) is used in only THREE DAYS, from then on, I'm paying $0.17 per kWh.nnNow the thing that makes the usage of THIRTY TWO KWH A DAY absurd is the fact that I DON'T HAVE ANYTHING THAT DRAWS THAT MUCH POWER! NOTHING AT ALL! I have been being ripped off by SCE for years, only now I've had enough. This is BS. I would install solar panels, but sadly I don't want to pay SCE for years to come, I'm out of this state soon enough and done with SCE.
Carole Tremblay filing this reviewnnTree trimmers showed up unexpectedly on my doorstep this morning. Tried to call Edison to tell them that I would have liked to be notified so I can make arrangements for my dogs. They told me there was no way for me to speak with someone they would make a not on my account.nnGreat way to avoid complaints - don't allow you to speak with anyone.
Edison is facing numerous small claims court actions after having dumped many low-income customers off their C.A.R.E. program, especially seniors and disabled persons. Their action was sudden, without notice, and in conflict with the program's guidelines as set up by the P.U.C. in California. Edison's staff has replied with blatant lies about the P.U.C. or other California agencies requirement for non-existent and non-pertinent documentation. Research has shown that this is not correct, Edison forced these customers to pay much higher rates at Edison's request, or face shut-off of power during one of the hottest and longest summers in recent history.
