It's taken yrs to talk about this but these attorneys lost my case of 4+ yrs. Convinced me we had a million dollar case since I had major surgery and after a horrific unprepared deposition I wanted to settle. Was told not too, go to arbitration, the judge will see things our way. Unfortunately, she did not. Now I live with chronic pain and no large settlement thanks to these guys. They are very nice, friendly lawyers but if you have the potential for a large payout my experience you need to hire a larger firm.
