We were referred to this so called attorney through a Legal Access plan at my work, discounted rate. Our case STARTED in November 2016. For the first couple of months, appeared to do what was expected but I'm not real familiar with the Law so believed in him , BIG MISTAKE. Almost 4 yrs later, long story short, took our money, retainer fee then all went south. Very unresponsive, wouldn't return phone calls, then when I was about to file a complaint, he'd come up with something promising and then I'd never hear from him again for months. Another LONG story short, found out today JULY 2020 that due to his lack of responsiveness, MY COURT CASE WAS DROPPED IN 2017 and he's been lying to me ever since. Telling me just enough to have hope. DO NOT EVER HIRE THIS ####! You can see that someone else filed a grievance with the State Bar, he had to repay their retainer fee and was on probation for 90 days. Well get ready MILKS, here comes another!

Milks... Never really met Milks that I can recall, however somehow his name appears on at least one court document (regarding my case) provided to me by the court or clerk. Since I have discovered this & what actually occured without my consent or knowledge I do not trust his honesty whatsoever. I will be submitting a complaint to the Texas bar association against Milks. Back-dating or post-dating documents which will be turned into a court if law may be illegal, but is definitely unethical. Milks where is your ethics & honesty?
