Quick to respond, and quick to dismiss. Couldn't be more rude. Wouldn't hire them on my worst day.

I filled out the company’s contact form online and was pleasantly surprised to receive an answer almost immediately. The response was from Joel Rothman, and he stated he was happy to help and to send him more information. I emailed back within a few minutes showing him my infringement issue and that I would love to talk more to use them in the future as other issues arise. This was August 28th and I still have not heard back. My assumption is that they have bigger fish to fry than my small business. The least they could have done was write back saying they weren’t interested in the business. This company was recommended by a friend who works with them too, and I had mentioned that in my email. Do not recommend.
