I set 2 appointments with her. The 1st appointment her assistant claimed that he had booked the wrong time for me and could I please set up another day. So I set a 2nd appointment for 2 days later at noon. Once I got there and walked in the door, I told her who I was and that I had a appointment with her at noon. She grabbed her appointment book and said" no your appointment wasn't today. I'm about to actually leave out the door" I looked down at her appointment book and I saw my name on the date and time that I set. Horrible service
