Mike Romano did an excellent job wrapping up a family member's trust. His communication was always clear and prompt. I strongly recommend him specifically.

Mike Romano has been excellent. I won't lie, Scott Schultz and Joel Smith would not communicate or even be bothered to reply back. I had sent numerous emails and called and left so many messages without hearing a word back for months! However when we started with Mike Romano we had a completely different experience. He has been extremely helpful and replies to any questions and concerns. He is professional, caring, and gets the job done all while making sure any questions and concerns are addressed. He has been such a help wrapping up my sister's estate. He is amazing!

My mother set up her estate planning with Scott Schultz. She passed away thinking she had left things in the hands of an honorable man. Mr. Schultz is anything but honorable. He does not follow through, he is not honest, and yet he still charges for the work he does not complete. We came from other states two separate times to meet with him and yet he could not manage to complete the paperwork. Scott Schultz should be ashamed of himself and his lack of professional ethics.

We met with Attorney Joel Smith today to go over concerns that we have about our Mom's assets and being taken advantage of because she has Alzheimer's. We provided him with a list of our concerns in which he addressed each issue very thoroughly and left us feeling confident that we have enough information to move forward and protect our Mom. He seems to be very knowledgeable and was very kind. I would definitely go back to him with any legal issues that I have.

I needed a lawyer that could take on all of our needs. 1. Protecting my mother who suffers from multiple sclerosis for twenty one years, and in more and more need of medical care. 2. Protecting our land that's been in the family since the late 1800s. 3. Protecting the family members who gave up everything for the care of my mother and our family heritage. It's scary for everyone involved. Scott's people skills and keen knowledge of the law are above and beyond. He managed to do the impossible, getting everyone on the same page, agree, and legally securing the future for everyone. I never once had issues getting ahold of his office and he works with you personally. I wish I could giving him and his staff more than 5 stars.
