I paid Rick Mills, $3000 to respresent my mother for Guardianship. I hired him in May 2022 and as of Feb. 2024 there was only one visit made by court staff. We never were served for any legal or court proceedings. I don't know how he can sleep at night after taking our money and little to show for it. I would not refer him to my enemy.

Please don't ever go to this guy.All he did was take my sister-in-law's money and never even filed her case in court 5 years later, we're still trying to get her money back from him.I just filed a grievance with the texas bar today. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy. And to his wife that posted about his wonderful reputation in the community.I live in the community and there is nothing wonderful about his reputation. His wife had to give him a 5 star review or you would see his real review stars and not what she did to make him look better

I would never recommend him. He is the worst lawyer has no empathy for his clients and is all about money with no results...worse experience ever dealing with him
