Schwaba Law Firm

I have had Andrew Schwaba as my lawyer since 2015 for an auto accident. I have only been able to speak with Andrew 4 times from the time he was hired until late 2017. I have been promised a return phone call since I last spoke to Andrew 5 times and 2 weeks ago was even set up an appointment for him to call me. Andrew never called, neglecting his duty. When I spoke to the paralegal, during the same call the appointment for Andrew to call him was set up, I was informed that my case still was not filed. I have been informed that this is an act of malpractice and action should be taken to insure this does not continue to happen to other people.
