Never use them if they don’t contact you first! They will take all of your money and take years to do anything. You will have to come out of pocket for some bills and they will place several people on your case. Never respond and will take years to get back with you only for you to be left with bills. Horrible experience and they will send you to doctors they know. Never ever ever ever use them! Still have back pain and I’m paying for it myself!!! Years later!!! I would give them a -10 if I could but I’m looking into something else.
