I recommend Scott 100% . He don’t know it yet but he’s my new landlord lawyer for this type of situation.. I’m a great landlord and never experienced this type of tenant situation. These tenants knew how to work the system. I called Scott on the phone Friday afternoon 1:00pm.. and he gets right to the point. Took me a minute to take in what he was telling me and within 10 minutes he was representing me and he filed to strike the appeal. And by Friday 3 PM it was excepted.. today is Monday and I went back to the magisterial district court and the constables now have placed the possession paper on the door. And of course today I find out the tenant who only had to put a 1/3 of the rent money.. which wrote a check bounced.. Thanks again Scott.

Scott was hired for a potential eviction and talked a good game. When the eviction was no longer required he made up an invoice with Billings of time he never did. Just because you make up an invoice doesn’t mean you did the work. He refused to give an appropriate refund of his retainer . In my opinion he will rip you off.... as he did me
