Scott M. Miller, Attorney At LAW

Reviews

Had a great experience with both Scott Miller and Ari while they handled my case involving a car accident with injury,. They did a great job communicating with me keeping in the loop with everything that was happening with my case. On multiple occasions Ari went above and beyond on making sure I was properly taken care of by the insurance company. I was very happy to have them both in my corner. I strongly recommenced them and will be using them again if needed in the future.
When i was faced with a challenging legal obstacle to over come I thank god I made the RIGHT CHOICE to seek help with The Law Offices of Scott Miller. His offices takes you in as a family member and helps you with anything even if its not related to your case. His paralegal Jeanette is THE BEST, I LOVE HER she didn't treat me as if i was just a client and was always there for me even after my case was settled...you just can't go wrong with this office on your side!!!
Attorney will lie to you, be disrespectful, is the Frank Sinatra (My Way) PipeDream nightmare, hide information from you and more. It's not a good choice. Scott does not want to disclose hidden charges that he reveals at the end. . Miller records every move at the office. Record him when talking to him. Eduardo Martinez Arizala
Scott did a great job. This is the 3rd time I've used his services. He has always done a great job. I would definitely recommend him to others.
Life is crazy. Just when you think all is well, something terrible happens to you. Even when you did nothing to deserve it. In my particular instance, a hotel I was visiting at the beach for my birthday had broken my leg and shattered my ankle. It was supposed to be a fun time. Not days in the hospital, extreme evasive surgery, agonizing pain and a bunch of metal to replace my broken bones. In life, you need people in your corner for these situations. Not just anyone - you need Scott Miller. I found Scott (I can call him 'Scott' now) by thorough research online, reviewing BAR standings, etc. His record was outstanding. I set up an appointment and Scott came right to my home, which is ~38 miles away from his office, the same week. Scott Miller is not your stereotypical attorney. He actually listens to his clients. He cares. He isn't condescending. The most import trait I liked about Scott was that he involved my family in the case. Meaning, he included our input. He asked for and included our suggestions. He is a very receptive person. He doesn't act like 'I'm the Lawyer! Just do what I say!' and disregard anything asked or suggested. He's the exact opposite. This situation makes one feel helpless. You feel like you have no control. Especially for the 'hands on' type of folks, like myself. However, Scott's inclusion of my family gave us a sense of 'control'. It meant a lot to us and made it a little easier to get through this tough period of our lives. He's also very intelligent and thorough. We also applaud his office team. Christine and Jeannette are very responsive and always answered any inquiries we had on the same day. We truly felt like we were Scott Miller's only clients. The personalized attention is not something you will find with any other Law Offices. Heck, or even in any other business in general. When you add Scott Miller and his team as your representation, they take it VERY serious. You can immediately feel their protectiveness. The client is the priority. Nothing in my case was overlooked either. Nothing. My case ended up going to trial. Naturally, it was extremely stressful for me and my family. Scott is a not a trial pro. He is a Trial Master! He was confident. He was direct and to the point. He was easy to understand. He was in control. He does not crack under the high pressures and demands of trial. The trail lasted 3 days and we rightfully won. We recently had a new addition to our family and Scott keeps in contact checking on our family wellbeing. He enjoys us sharing pictures of our newborn, exchanges Christmas cards, etc. He is our friend. He is our attorney. He is our family. If you want aggressive Trial Master representation, call Scott Miller. If not, call someone else. P. S. If you are reading this, you are most likely in the beginning of your journey. I wish you the best of luck and remind you to hang in there. Others have been there. God bless.
