This company is a.scam, they send people to your home with fraudulent court papers to try to intimidate you into paying for old credit card debt. In the state of Texas that is against consumer laws. I have reported and made a police report. I know someone who said the same thing happened to them a few years back. Someone taped fraudulent court papers to their door using grey masking tape. They contacted the court and the alleged Judge on the paperwork and nothing was legal or on record..The Judge name that was used holds traffic court. ???? . That is why I filed my police report and not to mention that the OLD credit card was settled with the original creditor years ago!. People don't give these scum bags a dime. They are being investigated for multiple scams and fraudulent practices.

Giving them five stars because they were willing to work with me in settling everything. They worked well between me, them and the court. Everything was dismissed. My suggestion to everyone complaining, would be to be patient and willing to work with them, and they’ll be willing to work with you. I personally had an overall great experience so thank you.

Trash firm. They sent Nathan Elliot Collins as their attorney. He had the weakest case and didn't show up for jury trial. We were ready to cook him in court, but either way we won.

These people take advantage of hard working people who are struggling just to get by. They refused to work with me on the amount I owed when I’ve had other creditors do that. They tricked me into signing a payment arrangement and they still served me papers for the lawsuit.

I WON as of the 22nd, this wonderful Judge had ruled! These cases are so scary and time-consuming. This office (out of respect for God, I won't mention the attorney's name) They didn't show up or call the court. I didn't understand UNTIL ???? / all caps so you won't miss this/ THIS OFFICE ASKED ME FOR A COPY OF MY REWARD LETTER FROM S.S.I. TO BE SENT TO THEM. After the first case and weeks before this appealed case was to be heard. The attorney said to me, "You do not have to show up for court. We will dismiss this case with prejudice." First trick: I said, "The judge does that, so I will be there." The case comes and goes, THE DIRTY TRICK: THIS OFFICE SENT ME PAPERWORK APPEARING AS THE COURTHOUSE SENDS WHEN YOU HAVE A CASE BROUGHT UP. HOWEVER, THE COURTHOUSE NAME AND IDENTIFYING MARKS WERE ABSENT. I READ THEM AND THEY WANTED ME TO SIGN THEM AND SEND THEM BACK TO THE ATTORNEY'S OFFICES. ON THE DOCUMENTS, IT SEEMED AS IF WE GOT TOGETHER AND I ASKED FOR 60 DAYS TO PAY THE JUDGMENT, THIS CAME ABOUT THE DAY BEFORE THE ACTUAL COURT CASE AND I HAD TAKEN RESPONSIBILITY. THEY USED MY REWARD LETTER THAT THEY ASKED FOR PROOF OF MY S.S.I BUT THAT I HAD SENT THE REWARD LETTER AS THE REASON FOR REQUESTING A 30-DAY TO 60-DAY SETTLEMENT. I feel sometimes, you have to have evil to scam a sum of only $700. This is a law firm. They ask for much more than that just for walking into the office to start. But you can't fool God! GOD IS GREAT!!! The other side didn't even bother to up. I am grateful to the presiding judge. He allowed me to make a statement on record. I believe it gives me closure and also a court proof of the outcome. Hopefully the END OF THESE CASES. UPDATE: I wish I could say, it's over. No, the lawyer called the court, this morning to say the lawyer had Covid. ??? I didn't know that was still an excuse. Could not the lawyer send a replacement or wear a mask? The case was continued until OCTOBER 3RD. If LVNV believes that one more month is going to make me drop this. NO WAY, I won't allow all my stress fear, and at times anger and disbelief to have no meaning. 160 miles of gas Wasted. Gas money I don't have. I will see this to the end. Win or lose LVNV will have to fight for what was never theirs! The next update is on OCT 3RD. This Firm along with Lvnv and the offices in Montgomery just won successfully on a debt that had FALSE charges TRANSFERRED from another unknown person's ENTIRE credit card BALANCE to my so-called credit account. $231 along with an $83 charge to start a branded new card that they say I owned!!! THE CHARGES BEGIN WITH ZERO ON JUNE 2020 BUT MAY yes the month before a FUTURE NON-EXISTING CARD, these TWO CHARGES were explained as their existence. The statement started with ZERO IN JUNE 2020! THEN THE FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT SHOWS the made-up charges to start the clock ticking. I have appealed the case to be held on September 5th, 2024! I am feeling better physically and all of my massive papers were mailed to me from this law office. Will be reported to all the reporting offices. All the State Attorney's Offices in my state, Texas, South Carolina, and so on and so on. The Federal Trade Office. The Federal Debt Collection Practices Offices and each state Bars associations of Alabama and Texas. I will be busy between now and this coming September date. Guess how much this fake account was for 512.00 dollars!!! Of which 231 dollars and 83 dollars were ADDED to kick it off! I HAVE THE BEST REPRESENTATIVES BACKING ME UP! GOD AND TRUTH!!! I WILL provide an update on the case. September 5th will be the appealed court case date. But we know already who wins at the end of time!!!! As for how the judge ruled... well one task at a time.
