Matthew Scott Represented me for 9 months. All bad reviews are accurate. Matt is unprepared, defensive, he also lost my flash drive never returned my files and only took my case to see if he could make money quickly then dropped it before filing suit. I had to report him and his firm to the Texas State Bar for unethical and manipulative conduct.

Matt took my difficult employment discrimination case that other attorneys turned down. He negotiated a favorable settlement not long after the employer was brought into the case.

Attorney Scott truly cares about his clients. There is not another attorney I would recommend for employment law. Every person I have referred to him ends up retaining and happy with his service. He communicates well and thoroughly during the entire process.

Since I was accused of making a false review I guess I will make one stating facts. I obtain Matt Scott to help me with a legal matter. At the end of it all my experience with him was less than pleasurable, and I would not recommend him to anyone in my close circle. When we established that we no longer want to go further with each other I left it at that. My Husband on the other hand was displeased and wanted to leave a review for others to make there opinion on I suppose. I received two emails one sent to individuals regarding my case stating he is not representing me no more (which is great and wonderful) and another stating I made false reviews and that I should speak to him personally about them I guess just giving me a few life pointers that I didn't ask for. So I write this to say I would never in my wildest dreams work with him AGAIN. I would never refer him to anyone. just based off the unprofessional attitude he carried after the fact. Yes, I do not feel he had the appropriate knowledge that I needed as far as civil service. Yes I feel he was strictly out for a buck, because I never really got to tell my side of things and he was very last minute and late to the mediation. He rushed me and pretty much stated what I felt was a major ordeal in my life at the time was minimal and really didn't mean much. I guess when you are a victim of a certain situation you have to be done far worse in his eyes. It is a country of freedom of speech and your own opinions. If you don't like someone's opinions either look in the mirror and fix it or don't care and move right along. But do not send such an unprofessional email stating they or whoever posted something that they didn't and accuse them of lying. If I could post his email I would. HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
