Peter Scotti is on our very short list of professionals, as an appraiser, that we are willing to refer to clients. It's really aggravating when a client calls and asks: "do you know a good _______" and you give them a name as a favor and later they call you back and moan and groan about their experience. To avoid this we have a very short list of people we are willing to refer. In the 20+ years I've referred people to Peter not one person, meaning zero to be clear, has ever said anything to me but "Thank You, He Was Great". Setting aside all the glorious customer service accolades I hear I would be remiss if I didn't point out that, ok in my opinion, Peter is the best appraiser in the area. Not very professional. Over the past two weeks I've tied contacting them at least 10 times to see one of their listings. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. I ever had other realtors try to contact them. I finally got Peter Scotti on the phone and he promised me his partner would contact me to show a property. 6 days later still no contact. I even sent Peter a follow up email.... nothing. While briefly speaking with Peter I did manage to get out of him that the property was still for sale and not under contract. Very unprofessional.
