We were referred to Mariano Garcia at Searcy. So, we called and spoke with the intake person, and left all our information. Our friends also emailed Mario about us. There was no callback that day, nor the next one. This was truly surprising considering that personal injury is a field where time is of the essence, witnesses leave, situations change and people forget details. Guess that does not matter to Mariano or Searcy Denney. This firm seems to have people who have the work ethic of government workers. They advertise caring and compassion for clients, but it seems the only place you will find that is in their ads. It is no wonder they have to advertise so much with this level of 'service'. *Update* Mariano Garcia called a week and a half after we requested his services. But this was only due to someone pointing out our review of the law firm/him. All of a sudden he wanted to speak. He outright lied when he said he left numerous messages for us. We have the records to prove it. His assistant called one time, two days after we called him. By that time we already had another attorney, someone who gets back to customers. And as mentioned, Mariano only called one time to try to save face after seeing our review, and that was a week and a half after we called him. It's disturbing that the only time he would call was after seeing our review, and more disturbing, that he outright lied about what happened. Needless to say, we found an attorney at another firm, who called us back, personally, in ten minutes and took our case. We finally heard back from Mariano's secretary two days later, only to find out the details of our case, which were already given. We thought Mariano would have called back personally to apologize for taking so long. So being a referral, it took two days to simply get a call back from a receptionist. It probably would have taken five days just to get a call back if we were not a referral, terrible service.
