Tina is really a one of a kind lawyer. While I haven't retained her personally, I've recommended her to two acquaintances. For both, she's not only gone above and beyond, but has sincere compassion for her clients. While the second issue is still ongoing, she pulled off a miracle on the first, and has made unbelievable progress at a surprising rate already on the second. nnDon't hesitate to contact and retain her. She's readily available and always willing to help. A third party that is unassociated with either of us described her as 'experienced' and 'prominent' in the area. If there's anything you want in a lawyer, it is experience and prominence.

Tina has been my lawyer for almost 4 to 5 years now. and I call her for anything needed, it's really upsetting to see someone give her one star when she works her hardest to take care of her clients and put them first even before her children sometimes. My case when I met Tina was an extremely complex one involving a larceny failure to appear two burglaries and the list goes on she was able to give me the best deal possible for an extremely Fair cost so definitely ignore that one star review if anyone is looking at this. I have been dealing with Tina S. D'Amato for about 8 months now regarding a criminal case. I was a basket case when I spoke to her on the phone but she couldn't have been more caring and compassionate. When I met her for the first time, she was 9 months pregnant and glowing. May I add that Mr. Beers had to be drinking when he was speaking with her, because his experiences are totally opposite from mine. Many times, however, when I spoke with her I could hear kids in the background after she had her baby, but guess what.... mothers, of all humanity, can multitask better than anyone! She did tell me the first time we met that she worked from home when possible, which I admire. I also admire her tenacity and her experience. My son case is a complicated one, and she is on top of it at all times. Tina has always kept me in the loop. There are times that Nick, her husband, a retired N.H. police detective, was at court and other times she was. I will let you know when the case is finally over, sentence passed, but for now, please don't listen to a guy with the name Beers, who admits to DUI. Alcohol does riddle the brain. ;)

I found Tina's office number through Google maps. Calling her office number, forwards the calls to her cell phone so she could answer all calls, I am guessing, you wouldn't know at first until she throws the fact you're calling her cell phone in your face. Every time she answers I hear kids screaming in the background, or her talking to other people, making me wait. More specifically wait for her to finish telling her husband what she wants on her samwich. I called this number in the daytime and had a decent consultation over the phone, aside from kids yelling in the background. I gave follow up calls updating her on what she should know as I find out, once a week for a couple weeks.nn I called once on new years Eve, and she rudely told me that I shouldn't call on a weekend and its a holiday. I called her office number! If she doesnt want to be bothered then she shouldnt have her office phone forwarded to her cell. I had left a few voicemails for her and she never returned them.nn She also has a bad reputation with the golden hill court judges(she told me herself and laughed about it), so she uses her husband as a lawyer for motor vehicle charges. Also, She doesn't keep her home life and buisness life seaporate. if you are looking for a lawyer to depend on, keep looking. this woman puts you in the background of her life. She's cheap for a reason, she's just a bad lawyer. expect her to drop you and your case at any moments notice, just like she did with me. She is a very uncompassionate lady. I am 20 years old, I called about her helping me with a dui charge. She gave me little help, and rushed me on the phone. I had other cases to be discussed, very large financial gain cases for her and me, but she told me to find someone else because I called her at inconvenient times, she didn't even want to know much about the other cases after the inconvenient call. Wow. Just wow.
