DO NOT WORK WITH THIS CON ARTIST. He is the reason my mother and I have suffered for 20+ years trying to get my father back in the country…. Marc LIES! He does not call you when he says he’s going to and will not talk to you for months, even years…. He will come back into the picture saying every excuse in the book and then say he’s got a plan and ask for more money. My mother has spent every dime you has to try and get my father back home. Marc has taken advantage of my family and their inability to speak and understand English as well as the legal system in place. I myself have finally come to age of understand to see if wrong doing and since I have came into the picture he has learned his lies will not stand ground any longer. I am filling a complaint with the VA state board to have his license removed. We will be filling a suite against hid practice for all funds received and emotional and personal damages Marc has caused by his LIES. He has cost my family more than 20 years + of separation, pain, and suffering. It is my duty as the 1st generation American to fight for out right and injustice with crooked lawyers like Marc Seguinot. if anyone else has been taken advantage of by Marc and his firm, we have a huge case file of proof of his wrong doings and would love to team together to bring this horrible company down before they ruin other families life‘s

I was told tell they will call ICE after I rejected to leave the office without seeing with the attorney, so they called the police, yet the officer told me how to file a formal complaint with State Bar and General Attorney Office. I hired the attorney and paid over $14000 in advance (mistake); but after several years of deceiving excuses, my case is still in court. Evidence I provided was lost and not submitted to the court, a lot of false statements were made and lack of professionalism and work ethics are clearly overt at this law office. For example, this office charged me for filling a work permit even when the attorney knows my son was not eligible for getting one. Of course, I fired him , yet he wants to keep the money. In my opinion, this office is far away from compliance with the American Bar Association professional practice guidelines. Do not waste your time or money in false promises!

PLEASE AVOID GOING TO THIS LAWYER HE WILL NOT DO ANYTHING AND TAKE YOUR MONEY!!! LOOK FOR GOOD REVIEW LAWYERS!! I PAID HIM $3,900 TO SEND A PETITION AND FOR OTHER DOCUMENTS BUT HE NEVER SEND THEM... I HAVE ALWAYS ASKED TO PLEASE GIVE ME THE USCIS MY CASE NUMBER HE WILL NOT PROVIDE IT ALL ASK IS TO PLEASE GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY SO I CAN LOOK FOR A LAWYER THAT WILL DO THE WORK!

Restaurant very nice but food and customer service horrible. We make it to table it took for ever to get utensils. Coffee was cold order it never came. Management please do you work

Don't get the short end of the stick. Please don't go to this lawyer you will lose all of your money. He will be super nice first and will end painful.
