Whenever I sent an email I had a response within 48 hours. She arrived early for all my court appearances and her court room performances were both confident and aggressive. Attorney Kathy Lynch assisted my husband and I with our estate planning, will preparation, power of attorney and trust set up. Her services were exceptional. She responded to all our questions and concerns in a timely manner either through email, phone or in person. Kathy answered all our questions and concerns and walked us thru the process so we could understand all the legal documents we were signing. You won't be disappointed with her professionalism, experience and friendly personality from beginning to end. I highly recommend her as your attorney for all estate planning needs.

Heather turned our lives around and made miracles happen when she helped me gain custody of my children. She is honest, compassionate, dedicated and knowledgable. She listens intently and catches discrepancies in the courtroom without missing a beat so you definitely want her on your side!

Called and spoke to a non attorney overnthe phone who sounded like a high schooler. She told us we needed to be prepared to terminate the rights of my children's father for a stepparent to adopt them. Not sure the secretary is qualified to tell us that. She gave us a retainer quote when all I asked for was the fee for an initial consultation. Incidentally the fee for a 30 min phone consultation with an attorney is free. If my interaction with this young lady on the phone is any indication of the legal services I would say - unprofessional. When it comes to your family and kids I'm not sure that's what any of us are looking for.
