Location:Good, Parking: Okay, Services Offered : Very Good, Felt Comfortable working with lawyer on legal issue : Very Good, Overall: Putting together a trust is both hard and difficult in many cases. My parents waited years years to get this done and finally it was time. I was informed by a close friend that one of his workers had her trust done with them and was very happy with her treatment. I did like that we did get a guide to help me gather the needed information together for this appointment. At the initial meeting everything was explained to all involved so that there was no misunderstanding. A copy of the documents was sent over to read and make any questions they may have. When the Appointment for signature was set Clark E. Selters thoroughly explained all the paperwork my parents were signing. The both felt happy and comfortable with the end results. From my personal perspective Clark treated my parents very well and I would recommend him and his office to get the job done. I will use him on future issues...

Clark is the man! It isn't easy to find a professional, competent attorney that's reasonably priced. He checks all of the boxes. I've referred many people to him and I will continue to do so. The Selters family has been a staple in the city of Pomona for a very long time. As a small business owner myself, it's always a plus to support local businesses. If you're looking to get a living trust drawn up, Clark is your guy. Trust me, you'll sleep better at night knowing that your affairs are in order. I know I do.

Definately The best place to go for a Trust and everything else. They go over everything to make sure you understand. Very nice and reasonable. I highly recommend this place. We saw Clark. Everybody is great there and I am so glad we went there. They have many generations of family business.

Once again, great work!. Thank you very much. I have worked with and/or consulted for a lot of attorneys in a variety of contexts, both domestically and professionally over 25 years, and you are Number 1. Deborah Zeolla, the Real Estate Professional who referred me to you and who also did an amazing job handling my deceased brother's estate home, topped off her performance by sending me your name. Fantastic!. She speaks very highly of you and your dad and how your firm has expertly, professionally, expeditiously and above all, ethically handled estate and other matters she brought to you.

This attorney makes up and notarized amendments to wills and trusts. I found that I’m not the first family he has done this too either, and probably not the last. He makes these when the person is dead in the ground, and pulled up by opposing party, dated years earlier, and never recorded of course. If you get the ledger there will be no thumbprint. He also makes up false documents as he goes too. In my case, he notarized a phony amendment to a joint living trust where I am of the 3 creators, one now deceased. You know how civil cases go. Only the one with the most money for attorneys win. In my case it’s a gambling addicted 52 year old with no employment history, dependent on property rents and robbing deceased trustee all her life vs. an employed all her life me. Amendment dated 5 years earlier and pulled out after trustee death stated I only owned my original 25%, not 50%. This guy is a criminal. He drafted the amendment AND represented opposing party. Here is where it gets worse. During an open case, while his client was SUSPENDED and two court appointed trustees were appointed, his client, with new documents notarized by him, took out an enormous property loan without my consent or the court’s consent. His client lives one life at the recorder’s office, one life in court, and another holding on to unrecorded documents used to do fraudulent things. Suddenly, an Affidavit of Death was filed at recorder’s office saying that there was no amendment at all for loan, no amendment for estate tax and assessment that was caused by IRS when I turned in phony, unrecorded amendment to them. He and his client then went back to court 8 months later, no notice was given, a bunch of default judgements based on amendment. His client then took out another loan / refinance-just this past April for 100,000. You guessed it. No amendment, no judgements, but with a mess of paperwork and notarized documents by Selters, I’m 50% owner for that, responsible for now 2 fraud loans I never consented to. Now, I’m 25% again with lazy con artist client waving around never recorded judgements and amendments. It’s mortgage and IRS fraud. Selters is right in the middle of it. I may not have hundreds of thousands to fight because I suffered a debilitating injury as an RN, but that’s OK. That’s what the federal and state authorities investigate - mortgage fraud, embezzlement, forgery. Selters also preys on the elderly who have no one to protect them, becoming conservator, executor, etc. He then cashed out when they die. Literally hundreds of cases. Selters should not only be disbarred, he should go to prison. He represents con artists like himself. I look forward to seeing him in the news someday.
