Severn O'Connor & Kresslein PA

Some time ago I hired Mr. O' Conner to do some research for me at a cost of 1900.00. I was notified that the results were ready.. I made many efforts to contact his office to get my results. Finally after my issue was done and the info no longer had any meaning to me a reversed the charge.. only then was i contacted by Mr O'Connor. He apologized for the issue. Some time after that I contacted him on a new case. He said he would not do business with me because of the past events!!! Like I was the one who did something wrong! I understand why he didn't last as a judge! No sense of costumer service.
