Shapiro & Brown has a tendency to hire inexperienced staff members at a low rate of pay and thus they suffer a high turnover rate. Local HR is at best incompetent and the floor managers are borderline illiterate. From all outward apprearances this firm could not handle the transfer title of my bicycle.

Comfortable work environment with management who really cares about their employees. Plenty of opportunity for growth. If you want to enjoy going to work everyday, this is where you want to be! Hands down the best company I have ever had the pleasure to work for!

The office staff with whom I interacted was all very helpful, professional and friendly. The gentleman assigned my issue and his supervisor were a pleasure to deal with. The initial attorney with whom I dealt was okay. In her defense, some attorneys think it is necessary to be negatively disposed to some degree when they're across the table in any issue and it's really not.

Shapiro and Brown as many marginal firms do practices a churn and burn approach to hiring and training. This leads to a high turnover rate and substandard training.
