Unprofessional receptionist. Trolled us to enter a bad review due to a simple miscommunication, rather than trying to understand the situation. This Law Firm contacted us a few years ago to inspect leaking windows. Advised the receptionist that the leak is roof related and outside the scope of work we perform and offered several suggestions to save them money, but suggested they contact a rubber roof contractor. Somehow, this resulted in a 1 star under the bogus name Larry Brown. #Toushe'
