I felt compelled to write a review for Dr. O'Day and her team after my son completed a 7 year journey to a radiant smile. As a pediatric healthcare professional myself, I know the challenges and expectations of high quality care for children. Dr. ODAY and her team take ever principle of providing high quality pediatric care and deliver it consistently everytime, every patient. From the the waiting room to positive interactions of the front end staff. Dr. ODAY incorporates your child in the care and makes them feel a part of the process. Additionally, I know the challenges of manage a high volume schedule. This team are the masters. I have never waited for an appointment, often taken early but never felt rushed and had a positive quality encounter during each of our visit. Thank you!!

Both of my children received orthodontic treatment from Dr. O'Day. We were 100% satisfied with the outcome and the care provided by Dr. O'Day and her staff. Dr. O'Day was thorough and always took the time to explain her diagnostic impressions and well as the treatment procedures in detail to me, my husband and the children. Her front desk staff and assistants were always friendly, skilled and approachable. The staff were incredibly patient with my children and always responsive to our questions during a routine visit or an emergency. My children's smiles are a testament to the wonderful treatment they received from Dr. O'Day and her staff!

Dr. O'day is an exceptional orthodontist. She and her staff always provide excellent service in a cheerful manner. She is very understanding and patient with her clients and never is frustrated. She truly cares about her patients and their smiles :) She even hosts a patient appreciation party every year thanking them for choosing her as their orthodontist. She is a very caring, professional doctor who will turn your crooked teeth into the nicest smile modern orthodontics has to offer!

My son needed a pallet expander and braces, a lot to handle at 9 years old. All of the staff and Dr. O'Day are so patient and kind. They go out of their way to make sure my son is comfortable with his treatments. I would recommend to anyone in the area looking for an orthodontist for their child!
