I disagree with those complaining. I went a couple of months ago and they were extremely helpfull. I received my permit today. If I have to wait, I understand because they are working on a lot of people. Seems to me that those complaining are the ones feeling entitled. nBe grateful people are giving their time for us. nnThank you so much Siren services. God bless you all.

This place was once very helpful when Vanessa Sandoval was there. Now they have all these "associates" that feel entitled. Yes, it is a community organization but it still about customer service. Some staff are plain incompetent and just rude. Anyways I really hope they get back where they were or even better because they keep losing directors and must be for a reason.

Totally agree with P Lopez. Is a community services but costumer ain't good. Lady in front desk was rude. And as a attorney values i think is about respect peoples time. Have appointment 3pm. Wait 45 min to be seen by attorney.
