This lawyer does not have good intentions for her clients or have a passion for her work. I've never experienced having to to deal with a hit-and-run situation. I received a call from her office the day after the accident. The initial representative explained that her law office was going to help with the whole process. Error on my part. I should have done better research before I signed on to this office. She has no empathy for the traumatic experience her clients go through following an accident and have to deal with the property damage afterwards. When I spoke to her to ask for clarification, she was short, defensive, and kept repeating she only deals with getting money for injuries. That's totally fine but if she was a lawyer with integrity that cares about her clients and their full process of navigating a situation like this, understanding how they can represent themselves, pursuing legal action towards the preparator, she should be better at helping her clients navigate the whole process, point them in the right direction, to the right people. Instead she was defensive and was interrogating me on my experience. This lawyer is terrible.

Susan is an excellent attorney and even better person. She has tons of experience and has a firm that is designed to give personal attention to her clients. Highly recommended.

She is very loud and talks over her clients. When she’s mad, she will even Yell at you and hang up on you. She never let you explain yourself. There’s too many lawyers with good attitudes to be dealing with a fool like her.
