Miss Ryan Payne was extremely helpful throughout the entire process -- she always responded immediately, and she patiently answered any and all questions that came up along the way. I have had two GREAT experiences with Shaheen Law Firm. I was referred to Shaheen Law Firm by an investor. I was in a contract with a buyer for my house, it turned out to be a bad deal and I had a realtor who was not answering any of my questions and I lived out of state. I hired Shaheen to represent me as my closing agent. After consulting with Savannah Sargent, I was able to terminate the buyers contract and get released from the listing agreement with that Realtor. Attorney Savannah Sargent and Paralegal Kevin Friend stayed in communication with me until the contract, the listing agreement was terminated. I then found a new realtor and her company also used Shaheen as their closing Attorneys. I was thrilled. Once I was under a new contract, Kevin Friend reached out to me and explained the whole process to me. He was always available via email or phone to answer any of my questions. They worked hard from the beginning to the end of my closing. If they were not going to be available they would let me know and try to get my questions answered in a timely manner. They put me at ease knowing I was in good hands. I would HIGHLY recommend Shaheen Law Firm for Real Estate needs and any other services. They were very nice, compassionate about my situation.
