Sheryl Johnson, PLLC

Dr. Johnson has been my GP for over 15 years and I have had issues with her staff but if you mention it to her she quickly corrects the behaviour. She is very helpful and knowledgeable on several areas of medicine and she has a great network of physicians that she works with. I have been overall satisfied over the years and even after relocating to North Houston will make the trip to see Dr. Johnson for regular check-ups.

Dr. Johnson is a good doctor but good lord! I been trying to schedule an appointment for over a month. Once I got the appointment they told me it was going to be at 3pm on 2/5/2021 and the staff called me a day before telling me that they change the time to 2:40pm which didn’t fit in my schedule. On 2/5/2021 I was getting there a couple of minutes late and they told me that she had another appointment at 3? So how is she suppose to take care of me and get blood work done and a referral if my appointment was at 2:40 and she has another one at 3? And a virtual call after. I been having gastro problems for over a month! Every single gastroenterologist has told me that my PCP which is (Cheryl Johnson) has to give me a referral so I can be seen. I been sick for over a month and I went to the ER twice which is $920 in total. The staff needs to get it together and so does the doctor! I been dealing with nausea and constipation for over a month. They won’t even open up their schedule for people that need help like myself ASAP. Cheryl Johnson said that she send out the referral with the nurse that works for her and today I called the gastroenterologist dr. Trabanino to see if they send out the referral and they never did! I called Cheryl Johnson’s clinic today and I was on the phone for over an hour and nobody answered. I will be reporting her staff and her for the lack of carelessness and horrible customer service. Now I have to pay more money for a better insurance just to see a doctor that has appointments available. HORRIBLE! Open up your availability specially for people that need care ASAP! Since the ERs are always packed and they don’t take this cases seriously. All this 1 star reviews are true! Do not waste your time. Just report then to the insurance company.

Dr Johnson is a wonderful Doctor and a very caring bedside manner. She’s very patient and she listens to you. She really cares. I’m so thankful that I found her. I would recommend her 100%. very Passionate???? She is one of the best ???? She’s my favorite dr ???? Thank you Dr. Johnson for all your care and support and being you.????????

I have been fortunate to have found Dr. Johnson. She is so sweet and actually listens to your issues. Finding a good primary care doctor that listens take your concerns seriously is hard. She moved and I moved right on with her. I've been with her for about seven years and not going anywhere. Great PCP.
