The value judge wanted updated paperwork. The Cleveland Regional office keeps sending him stuff from 2014. Plus I don't Trust foreign doctors. They keep misdiagnosing my problems. When I go outside of VA they're telling me that my left knee is bad that it needed a partial joint put in. They also told me I had PTSD which the VA doctor said I do not. Now the new doctor I got is an American doctor and she says I do have it and she is with the VA. But VA did not request any of her paperwork or anything. Plus I walk with a cane I've had 5 surgeries on my left knee, one on my left ankle, and I'm getting shots in the left hip and because of the VA Regional Office messing up. The judge finally rule after three remans that I am not entitled to the unemployability.

Absoutely without a shadow of a doubt the worst service I have ever recieved. The automated line does nothing more than place you in a series of circles forcing you onto their website "Sorry to inconvience the people that work their but I need to speak to a real person." This is terrible, I feel sorry for ederly veterans who are not tech savy, I can see how and why people grow fustrated with the VA. Trying to get my educational benefits is like trying to race a blind horse at the Kentucky Derby, so sad this is the way veterans are treated, just another number in a system that does not care.

Absolutely the worst va i have ever been to. Do not get Nokia Day. She will screw you over like there is no tomorrow. She will make everything you dont get done "in time" your fault when she actually doesnt do her job properly. Get evidence of every conversation. Her superior is no better. Apparently you cant even choose which regional you want for chapter 31 or anything elae the "help" with. Dont believe me, youll see for yourself

Considering all of the problems I have been hearing about other VA facilities around the nation, in all my experiences at the Cleveland VA, I have been absolutely satisfied with every visit and every doctor or staff I have had contact with. I consider myself lucky to have such a VA in my area. I have always been treated excellent there, and have zero complaints.

My rating was increased in July 2017 and made retroactive back to July 2016. It's now February 2018 and there is still no information on the status of the audit.
